It will likely become one of the control centres of so called multilateral world order. Which is newspeak and illusion. Essentially those centres will all represent a lower level of pyramid.
Each centre has to be contradicted, or balanced by competing power to not act unpredictable. Hence multilateral. Perpetual diplomatic tensions to keep them in order. Typical example US/India/??? vs. China/Pakistan/Iran.
