Pokud chceme adekvátně pochopit postmoderní „nový, skvělý svět“ ve všech jeho geopolitických, právních, mezinárodních a ideologických projevech, musíme zcela odmítnout ideologická dogmata globalizace a jednopolárního světa. O to více proto, že atlantistické ideologémy, na jejichž základě je interpretován „hlavní program současné epochy“ jako epochy přechodu od vícepolárnosti k jednopolárnosti pod vedením atlantismu, metodologicky velice připomínají tezi marxismu-leninismu o „hlavním významu současné doby jako přechodu od kapitalismu ke komunismu.“ Kapitalismus a komunismus jsou pouze zaměněny za jednopolaritu a vícepolaritu. Nový postmoderní svět už málo souvisí se soupeřením hlavních ideologií éry moderny upadajících do zapomnění – kapitalismem, komunismem a fašismem.
Po rozpadu každého impéria začíná ostrý boj o jeho geopolitické následnictví. Výjimkou v tomto ohledu nebyl ani rozpad Sovětského svazu. Z tohoto důvodu je postkomunistické Rusko dodnes cílem geopolitického nátlaku – ještě mnohem ostřejšímu, než jaký byl vyvíjen na Sovětský svaz.
Současná atlantická restrukturalizace Eurasie odhaluje staré imperiální ambice „Starého světa.“ Vytvoření balto-černomořského oblouku, byť se slabým článkem – Běloruskem, je dávný, už z 16. století pocházející, západní geopolitický projekt, jehož cílem je odřezat Rusko od velkých moří i strategicky důležitých menších moří. Stejně jako v minulosti, Kosovo je jedinou pozemní cestou do Soluně, která spojuje západní Evropu s Bosporem. Proto Západ tak rychle v únoru 2008 také uznal nezávislost tohoto trpasličího územního útvaru, bez ohledu na to, že tím byl vytvořen nebezpečný precedens, který byl vzat na vědomí na Kavkazu – ve výsledku byly v srpnu téhož roku vytvořeny nezávislé státy Abcházie a Jižní Osetie.
Stejně jako v minulosti, Anglosasové vojensky vstoupili v 21. století do Afghanistánu (na podzim 2001) a do Mezopotámie (na jaře 2003, tj. do Iráku, pozn. překl.), aby tak realizovali dávné plány Disraeliho a Palmerstona z dob krymské války (1853-56). Nicméně, jak názorně ukazuje Sykes-Picotova dohoda (viz např. https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sykesova-Picotova_dohoda , pozn. překl.), Mezopotámie byla vojenskou trofejí, kterou si dali za cíl získat Anglosasové už za 1. světové války. Takže dnešní atlantistická „demokratizace“ Iráku má hluboké historické kořeny, přičemž v žádném případě „humanitárního,“ ale geopolitického charakteru.
Podruhé se historie odehrává už jako fraška, jak uvedl klasik. A je naprosto přirozené, že lord Judd Hirsch, člen Sněmovny lordů a socialista, v roce 2001 vystupoval jen v roli pouhého napodobovatele lorda Palmerstona, když dával dohromady „čečenské výbory“ analogicky k tomu, když Palmerston vytvářel „čerkéské výbory“ na pařížském kongresu v roce 1856.
Když země bývalé Varšavské smlouvy vstoupily do NATO, v žádném případě se nevrátily do „neohabsburské“ Evropy, jak si myslely, ale spadly do atlantického světa pod americkým vedením, jehož geopolitický smysl spočívá v ustavení totální kontroly nejen nad celou Evropou, ale případně, pokud Rusko bude slabé, i nad celou Eurasií.
Boj o kontrolu přírodních zdrojů a strategických komunikací bude stále hlavním tématem současné epochy.
Západ vždy – v minulých stoletích i dnes – všemožně usiloval o vytlačení Ruska na severovýchod Eurasie, aby mu zakryl přístup k teplým mořím – Středozemnímu, Černému a Kaspickému. Tento prostor je severní hranicí geopolitické „energetické elipsy,“ do níž patří Arábie, Mezopotámie, Perský záliv, Kavkaz a Afghánistán. Proto Washington a na jeho příkaz i Brusel tak zuří kvůli navrácení Krymu do Ruské(ho) – ne, ne impéria – ale federace. Vždyť byla prolomena stanovená hranice „energetické elipsy.“
Takzvaný „jižní oblouk“ začíná v oblasti Bosporu, prochází přes Turecko, Perský záliv, Pákistán, Afghánistán. Zde se soustřeďují klíčové zájmy Anglosasů. Afghánistán se ve výsledku už fakticky stal protektorátem a stejný osud byl připravován i pro Irák a Írán. Pokud Írán pokračuje více nebo méně úspěšně v odporu, pak nový „demokratický“ Irák mohou atlantisté spokojeně zapsat na seznam svých vítězství. I když Islámský stát trochu poskvrnil radostný obraz.
„Severní oblouk“ geopolitické elipsy prochází přes Ukrajinu, Moldávii a Kavkaz. Pro dosažení totální nadvlády v Eurasii atlantisté nezbytně potřebují do své sféry vlivu všechna území rozkládající se mezi Baltským a Černým mořem. Proto na Ukrajině neustále docházelo k „majdanům.“ V důsledku toho tam nyní probíhá skutečná válka namířená právě proti Rusku. Proto Gruzie i po vyhnání explicitního rusofoba Michaila Saakašviliho dostává všemožnou podporu USA a NATO. Proto Bělorusko, které je chybějícím článkem, který by umožnil plně dosáhnout celého geopolitického cíle, neustále vykazuje obstrukce, i když Alexander Lukašenko vyhlašuje, že je připraven vést jednání.
Tímto způsobem je euroasijská strategie atlantistů nasměrována k dosažení úplné kontroly nad komunikacemi vedoucími do geopolitické elipsy.
Konflikt v Čečensku svého času rovněž sloužil k dosažení těchto dvou strategických cílů. Zejména proto se stal nedílnou součástí atlantického geopolitického projektu. Právě proto banditské povstání v Čečensku bylo atlantisty vydáváno za národně osvobozenecké hnutí. Jakkoli je všem známo, že islámskou vášnivost atlantisté vždy využívali pro dosažení svých geopolitických cílů. Už v roce 1835 Rusko v Černém moři zajalo britskou loď Vixen, která dopravovala zbraně Čerkesům. Ve výsledku se záměr s „nezávislou Ičkerií“ vůbec nezdařil, ale klid na severním Kavkazu v žádném případě nenastal. Anglosasové dodnes usilují o to, aby propojili mezi sebou všechny strategicky významné body podél linie Středozemní moře – Malá Asie – Perský záliv – Pákistán.
V geopolitice, celkem vzato, se málokdy něco mění. V období atlanticko-sovětského soupeření v žádném případě nebyla ničím novým v oblasti mezinárodním vztahů válka v Koreji a Vietnamu, americký vpád na Kubu a vstup sovětských vojsk do Maďarska a Československa. Novum spočívalo pouze v totální ideologizaci všech těchto geopolitických operací, jejich začlenění do kontextu „boje mezi kapitalismem a komunismem.“
Současný krajní liberalismus (libertariánství) je sám o sobě pokusem o „teologizaci“ liberálního projektu, který je zvráceným vtělením idejí metafyzického Říma (translatio imperii) kočujícího ze Západu na Východ a z Východu zpět do své „rodné vlasti“ na Západě.
V dnešní době staleté soupeření o strategické komunikace a zdroje velmi připomíná náboženské války. V tomto ohledu je možné mluvit o předvestfálském myšlení. Připomeňme, že vestfálským mírem v roce 1648 skončila třicetiletá válka, která byla vedena z ideologických a náboženských důvodů. Počínaje od této doby se subjektem mezinárodního práva stal národní stát nezávisle na formě jeho vlády.
Osvícenská éra postavila do popředí nejen liberální demokracii, ale i „národní suverenitu.“ Nové mezinárodní veřejné právo bylo založeno na principu úplné suverenity národního státu nezávislé na míře jeho „civilizovanosti.“
V hlavě 1 Charty Organizace spojených národů, „Cíle a principy,“ není žádný odkaz na jakýkoliv „referenční“ nábožensko-filozofický nebo sociálně-politický systém. Také se v ní nezmiňuje demokracie jako cíl, ale klade se důraz na „svrchovanou rovnost“ všech účastníků mezinárodních vztahů. Z pohledu mezinárodního práva a Charty OSN jsou všechny typy vlád naprosto rovnocenné a žádná z nich nemůže být definována jako progresivní nebo naopak reakční, pokroková nebo překonaná.
Svého času německý filozof Immanuel Kant, stoupenec republikánského politického projektu, tvrdil, že „žádná vláda se nesmí násilně vměšovat do otázky vládnutí a státního systému jiných států.“ Ještě aktuálněji v naší době „civilizačních“ vojenských operacích atlantismu zní druhý Kantův výrok: „Trestná válka mezi dvěma státy je nemyslitelná, neboť mezi nimi není vztah výše postaveného k níže postavenému.“ Jak vidíme, atlantická ideologie globalistů se zřekla základních principů vestfálského světového řádu a stanovuje vztahy mezi státy právě jako „vztahy výše postaveného k níže postavenému.“
Zapomnění podléhá i Charta OSN, která zakazuje „civilizační“ použití síly nebo hrozbu jejího použití ve vztahu ke kterémukoliv státu.
Je přirozené, že v daných podmínkách svět vnímá výroky o právu na bombardování suverénních zemí „ve jménu demokracie“ jako selhání celého systému západních hodnot. V dané situaci jsou ideologická klišé „lidská práva, „liberální demokracie,“ „globalizace,“ atd. přijímána jako obehrané ideologické fráze.
Úsilí Ruska získat zpět status velmoci je dnes atlantisty interpretován jako hrozba „suverenitě,“ „demokratizaci,“ a „lidským právům“ v bývalých sovětských republikách – na Ukrajině, v Pobaltí a v Moldávii. Avšak právě tyto „hodnoty liberální demokracie“ byly anulovány samotným Západem už hned po rozpadu Sovětského svazu.
S počátkem ukrajinského konfliktu se projevivší nové přerozdělení světa nevyhnutelně povede ke změně rovnováhy sil mezi samotnými západními zeměmi, přičemž především v zájmu USA a v žádném případě ne v zájmu Evropy. Zde kupodivu hraje na ruku Washingtonu přijetí celé řady bývalých socialistických států do Evropské unie. Jde o to, že všechny tyto geopolitické a vojensko-strategické změny zapadají ne do evropské, ale do americké geopolitické konfigurace, která je realizovaná USA ne v zájmu Evropy, ale v kontextu podřízení všech svých satelitů, včetně evropských států, „globální vládě“ a euroasijskému projektu USA.
Absolutní orientace bývalých zemí „socialistického tábora,“ které vstoupily do EU, na USA, způsobila celkově značnou škodu geopolitickému statutu Evropy. A čím více se Evropa rozchází s Ruskem, tím více „Starý svět“ ztrácí roli významného geopolitického centra.
V současné době dosáhly USA takové geopolitického postavení, že Evropa už přestala být hlavním cílem jejich geopolitických zájmů, ale stala se pouze zabezpečeným týlem. Jak zdůraznil Zbigniew Brzezinski, „upevnění amerického předmostí na euroasijském kontinentu s pomocí transatlantického partnerství“ je pro USA nezbytné ne kvůli „obraně Západu před hrozbou z Východu,“ ale proto, aby se „nová Evropa“ stala pro USA „reálným odrazovým můstkem k průniku do Eurasie.“
Takovým způsobem nikoliv „velmocenská pozice Ruska a jeho usilování o vnější expanzi“ ohrožuje geopolitický status Evropy, ale naopak, slabost Ruska automaticky mění Evropu v geopolitického sluhu USA.
Je zjevné, že nejen pro samotné Rusko, ale i pro Evropu je nezbytně nutné a značně výhodné, aby Rusko bylo silnou a vlivnou mocností, jedním z hlavních systémotvorných států na geopolitické mapě současného světa.
V čem má spočívat jednota Evropy a Ruska, jejíž idea si drží svůj geopolitický význam od počátku novověku do dnešního dne? Je možné nahlížet na celý svět a v detailu na Evropu
jako na firmu, která potřebuje jen „profesionální vedení.“ Takový přístup byl charakteristický pro komunistickou ideologii, v jejímž rámci národní hospodářství SSSR a perspektivně celé světové hospodářství, bylo nahlíženo jako “jediná všenárodní továrna.“ Přibližně stejně vidí „světovou hospodářskou soustavu“ i současný atlantický globalismus.
Ovšem v rámci takového přístupu se zcela zpochybňují historické zvláštnosti různých národů a jejich kultur.V takovém globalistickém projektu plně unifikovaném podle mondialistických schémat není místo nejen pro pravoslavné Rusko, ale obecně ani pro jednu z velkých kulturních tradic lidstva, včetně evropské.
Evropské mocnosti se nacházely na vrcholu své velikosti právě tehdy, když jejich historie zahrnovala nejen ideály „vlády Caesarovy,“ ale i „vlády Ducha.“ Když Evropa ještě žila ne jen z „chlebu samotného,“ ale kladla velký důraz i na duchovní hodnoty.
Připomeňme v dané souvislosti, že i SSSR dosáhl vrcholu svých sil po té, když se v období Velké vlastenecké války na základě návratu k tradičním vlasteneckým hodnotám znovuzrodil s novou silou národní duch lidu. A naopak, limitu své degradace Rusko dosáhlo v době památných 90. let, když domácí „liberální demokraté“ gajdarovsko-čubajsovského typu udělali vše, co mohli, aby se ruský lid zcela odvrátil od Boha a začal sloužit pouze Mamonu.
Nové geopolitické výzvy nutí podívat se nově na starý problém „Rusko a Evropa.“ A i když země „nové Evropy“ se nacházejí ještě v „euforii emancipace“ a těší se iluzemi úniku „z pod útisku asiatského moskevství“ a ze vstupu do systému „civilizovaného Západu,“ tato euforie je stejně přirozená, jako pomíjivá. S postupem času stejně vše, jak je řečeno v knize Kazatel, „sem a tam točí se, tam a sem, kolem dokola stále vrací se.“ Zároveň však není na místě úplně ignorovat všechny ty zoufalé snahy nových „demokracií“, které nevymyslí pro své sebepotvrzení nic jiného, než neustálé přehrávání scénky v duchu (…Krylovovy…, pozn. překl.) básně Slon a mopslík, se současným prošením Západu o pomoc proti „ruské invazi.“
Skutečná jednota Ruska a Evropy nespočívá v diktátu ideologických standardů Rady Evropy, které údajně mají univerzální charakter. Skutečnou jednotu hlavních součástí Eurasie – Ruska a Evropy - může přinést pouze úplné přiznání nepomíjející hodnoty jak ruské tak evropské kultuře a také přiznání jejich hluboké esenciální jednoty zakládající se na hodnotách křesťanství.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:
1. Seller and Buyer execute, sign and initial this Deed of Agreement, which thereby automatically becomes a full commercial recourse contract to be lodged by both parties for initiation of Swift Transmission.
2. Within three (3) banking days after both parties sign the Agreement, Seller will issue a Notarised signed and sealed Corporate Refund Recourse Undertaking duly endorsed by the Sellers legal Department to the Buyer guarantying to refund to all cost incurred by buyer as the transmission/administrative charges for the transmission of Pre-Advice via Swift MT799 or BG/SBLC via Swift MT760 or both after due execution of the contract and in case of failure on the Lessor’s side the Notarised signed and sealed Corporate Refund Recourse Undertaking guarantees that the buyer refunds completely the transmission/administrative fees in addition to a the penalty for failure of performance being 1% of the total face value of BG/SBLC.
3. Within three (3) working days after the buyer receives contract documents including the invoice and refund undertaking from the Lessor, the buyer will make payment by direct wire transfer into the seller’s provided bank coordinates for the receiving of the bank transmission/administrative charges the bank transmission/administrative fees for the Pre-Advice via Swift MT799 or BG/SBLC via Swift MT760 or both as the case maybe in the amount of Euro/USD X,XXX.XX.
4. Within two (2) banking days after confirmation of receipt of payment of the bank transmission/administrative fees charges for the BG/SBLC via Swift MT760 or Pre-Advice via Swift MT799 or both in Seller’s bank account, the Seller will deliver the Pre-Advice or BG/SBLC via Bank to Bank confirmation of Swift MT799 or MT760 to the Lessee’s banker including the hard copy of the BG/SBLC via bank bonded courier in Seven (7) banking days.
5. The sellers bank proceed with total swift and upon delivery, confirmation and verification of BG/SBLC by MT760 in the Buyers’s nominated account and BG/SBLC hard copy in the Buyer’s nominated bank.
Buyers then sends out the buying fees 32 %by Swift MT103 to the seller account deducting the initially paid bank transmission/administrative fees and pay the brokers their commission fee of 1 % of total Face Value by wire transfer within thirty (30) days maximum upon delivery, confirmation and verification of BG/SBLC by MT760 in the buyer’s nominated account and BG/SBLC hard copy in the Buyer’s nominated bank.
6. Should the Buyer not deduct the bank transmission/administrative charges from Buying fees paid, the seller shall refund bank charges to buyer by direct wire transfer within three (3) banking days upon payment of the buying fees.
Should the buyer default to pay the buying fees to the Seller and the brokers commission fees as agreed after 30 banking days of confirmation of BG/SBLC MT760 in buyer’s bank account, Seller will instruct the issuing bank to put a claim on the BG/SBLC thereby forcing the Buyers’s bankers to return the BG/SBLC MT760 to the issuing Bank.
